At Love Your Petz, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery options — stay tuned for updates!
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We may offer free standard delivery on orders over a certain value — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, this will include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf. Please allow up to 10 business days before reporting a parcel as lost.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
