Refund Policy

At Love Your Petz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email)

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet food and treats
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, such as:

  • Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
